Instructions:
Boil the Beetroot and cut into slices. Fry the Onions till
they are light brown. Add the spices, and fry for a few minutes,
till the oil seperates. Put in the tomatoes and beetroot.
Cook over a low heat. Add the green chillies and coriander
leaves, reserve a few leaves for garnishing. Do not add any
water. When the tomato water dries, break up the beetroot
pieces, slightly, with wooden spoon. Garnish with the remaining
coriander leaves.
