Instructions:
Heat the oil. Fry the onion seeds, mustard seeds aniseeds
and curry leaves for a second. Add the turmeric powder, red
chilly powder, salt and ginger / garlic with approximately
2 tablespoons of water. Stir and fry till the water dries
and you can see the oil. Add the potatoes alongwith 2 cups
of water. Cover the pot and cook over a low heat till the
water dries and the potatoes are tender.
